Which postage method is used?
We use Royal Mail and offer either Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. This allows parcels to be delivered within 3 working days.
For our larger items we may have to use Parcel Force, but this will still be within 3 working days.
Returns
In the event that you would like to return the item, please contact us for opening a return.
Where do we get our items from?
Our items are sourced from our 20 Retail Shops, who regularly receive donated goods from the general public, in aid of our charity.
These items are then sent to our e-commerce operation where the items are photographed and then listed onto our online shop.
Does the online shop affect high street trade?
Our experience shows that the Online Shop complements our high street trade. If an item hasn’t had any local interest, listing it on the Online Shop is a great way to present it to a wider audience and new home for our unique items!
