In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. contact us at ebay.shop@longfield.org.uk. 

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it. please login to your account and find your order to start a return with us.

We offer 30 day returns from date of purchase.

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed to the original account used, within 2 working days.
