A matching pair of vintage Bretby Pottery ceramic vases, produced in the Orientalist style that Bretby is well known for.
Both vases feature high‑relief moulded decoration with traditional Oriental imagery, including Geisha figures, bamboo and a stork, finished in warm brown and ochre glazes. The bases are clearly stamped “Bretby England” with the mould number 1957, confirming authenticity and period.
These are decorative display pieces rather than utility vases and work particularly well as a symmetrical pair for shelving, sideboards or mantel display.
