Handmade Tibetan Solak (ghee pot) crafted from hammered copper, featuring embossed brass banding and a leather carry handle.
Traditionally used for storing ghee or butter in Tibetan and Himalayan regions, this piece is now most often used as a highly decorative ethnographic item. The warm copper tone, textured hammer marks and detailed brass trim give it strong visual presence.
The leather handle is a little stiff and slightly misshapen, consistent with age and storage, but remains intact and adds to the character of the piece.
